Tim Watkin

Tim is one of the founders of Pundit. He has worked as a journalist for over 20 years. In print, he has been a senior writer at the NZ Herald, deputy editor of the Listener, and a blogger for the Guardian in Britain. More recently, he has produced Q+A on TVNZ and The Vote and The Nation on TV3. He now runs the Podcast team at RNZ and fills in for Wallace Chapman on RNZ’s The Panel. A winner of multiple Qantas/Canon/Voyager awards, including print journalist of the year and the Wolfson Fellowship, he lives in Auckland with his wife Eleanor, his sons Micah and Jacob, and dog Scout.
